About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of projects ranging from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration. This includes planning staffing requirements, reporting performance, and addressing scope creep, schedule, or quality issues to ensure successful delivery. The role also involves providing technical task management across multiple simultaneous projects, reviewing contracts, preparing fee proposals, and overseeing sub‑consultant performance. • Lead and deliver small to large‑scale building and infrastructure projects from concept through construction administration. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and staffing plans while monitoring performance and mitigating risks. • Coordinate sub‑consultants, review contracts, and prepare fee proposals and execution strategies. • Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones, addressing key client requirements.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a BS in Engineering or Architecture and have at least six years of relevant experience, with U.S. citizenship required. Preferred qualifications include Professional Engineer registration, the ability to obtain a Hawaii PE license within twelve months, and proficiency with AutoCAD and ArcGIS. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and managing concurrent infrastructure projects is highly valued. • Communicate effectively in English, producing reports, presentations, and proposals for clients. • Minimum: BS in Engineering or Architecture and ≥6 years relevant experience; U.S. citizenship required. • Preferred: Professional Engineer license, AutoCAD and ArcGIS proficiency, and experience leading multidisciplinary teams. • Ability to obtain Hawaii PE registration within 12 months.
