What You Bring

The Working Foreman role requires a skilled craftsman with at least five years of hands‑on experience in industrial HVAC chillers, plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical equipment service. Required qualifications include a Mechanical Journeyman License, five-plus years of commercial HVAC experience, mechanical troubleshooting expertise, a valid driver’s license, and appropriate certifications for refrigerants, boiler, and steam service, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Minimum 5 years of practical experience with industrial HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical equipment. • Proficient in computer systems for developing, closing, and managing work orders. • Hold a Mechanical Journeyman License and 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience. • Demonstrate mechanical troubleshooting skills and possess refrigerant, boiler, and steam service licenses. • Valid driver’s license and strong verbal/written communication abilities.
