About the Role
The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician who will install, repair, and maintain a wide range of automatic, manual, swing, sliding and folding doors for commercial clients. • Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and various door types including hollow‑metal, storefront, folding, swing, and sliding doors. • Service and maintain automatic door equipment and control devices across commercial sites. • Conduct preventative maintenance on door hardware and emergency exit devices. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to schedules and quality standards. • Provide high‑quality customer service with attention to detail and adherence to processes.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience in automatic‑door installation or service, possess strong mechanical aptitude, hold a clean driving record, and can manage multiple projects under time constraints while maintaining a professional attitude. • Use carpentry skills to frame partitions with metal or wood studs and install doors and windows. • Prior work with door manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy. • Minimum two years as an automatic door installer or service technician. • AAADM certification (preferred). • Strong mechanical aptitude and carpentry abilities. • Clean driving record for company vehicle operation. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
