About the Role
You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and General Counsel to develop Hadron’s investor messaging, oversee earnings materials, and support all aspects of public-company communications — from S-4 filings to quarterly earnings releases and roadshows. The Vice President of Investor Relations will lead Hadron Energy’s investor communications, financial disclosure strategy, and capital-markets engagement as the company transitions from private to publicly traded. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders while ensuring the company’s financial narrative is clearly and credibly represented to the investment community. • Build strong relationships with key investors and analysts to enhance Hadron Energy’s visibility and reputation in the clean-energy and infrastructure investment sectors • Lead investor outreach programs, conferences, and roadshows to expand shareholder base and analyst coverage • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community, including institutional investors, analysts, and financial media • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and analyst sentiment to provide strategic insights to leadership and the Board • Oversee internal coordination between finance, communications, and operations to ensure data consistency and disclosure accuracy • Support the SPAC/de-SPAC process and future public-company disclosures (S-4, 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statements, etc.) • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure alignment with SEC, SOX, and public-company reporting standards • Collaborate with the CFO and finance team to interpret and communicate financial results and key performance indicators • Develop and execute Hadron Energy’s investor relations strategy in alignment with corporate goals and market positioning • Develop investor materials, fact sheets, FAQs, and Q&A documents to ensure transparency and accuracy in all communications • Manage preparation of earnings calls, investor presentations, and press releases, ensuring consistent messaging and regulatory compliance

What You Bring
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation metrics, and capital-markets dynamics • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment • Experience in energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or advanced technology sectors strongly preferred • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred) • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical and financial information into clear, compelling narratives • Confidence in presenting to institutional investors, analysts, and senior leadership • Proven experience managing investor communications and SEC disclosure processes (S-1, S-4, 10-K, 10-Q) • High integrity, strong judgment, and strategic thinking • 10+ years of investor relations, capital markets, or corporate finance experience — with at least 5 years in a public or pre-IPO company
