About the Role
The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, performing a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services in line with established standards and procedures. Daily tasks include floor care, surface cleaning, bathroom maintenance, waste management, and snow removal. The Cleaner also performs periodic tasks such as high dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing as directed. All work follows C&W Services standards and procedures. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors and surfaces. • Operate light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and perform periodic high‑dusting. • Clean interior glass, windowsills, doors, partitions, and entrance glass. • Wash and spot‑clean interior walls daily as needed. • Clean and restock bathrooms, including wiping glass, emptying waste baskets, servicing dispensers, and scrubbing floors. • Monitor and report defects such as clogged urinals or non‑functioning lights. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and place waste in approved containers. • Sweep or shovel snow from building entrances and walkways as directed. • Perform periodic tasks such as leather and wood surface polishing, wall washing, and high dusting.

What You Bring
The role does not require previous cleaning experience. Candidates must be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate as part of a team. They must also be comfortable using cleaning tools such as backpack vacuums and demonstrate attention to detail and high energy. • No prior cleaning experience required. • Ability to follow directions, work independently when needed, and function cooperatively as part of a team. • Proficient in using cleaning tools and equipment, including backpack‑style portable vacuums. • Strong attention to detail, organization, high energy, and endurance.

Benefits
