About the Role

The QA Manager at QISG is responsible for monitoring and auditing a project's quality management requirements, executing the Project Quality Management Plan, and collaborating closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to oversee quality objectives and activities. In this role, the manager develops project‑specific quality plans and audit schedules, supports business development with quality deliverables, guides execution of the Quality Management System, leads training and awareness, ensures alignment with contract requirements, conducts systematic audits, manages documentation and non‑conformance control, and undertakes special projects as needed. • Develop and review project quality requirements, standards, and checklists. • Create and update audit plans, including schedules and resource needs. • Assist business development and marketing with quality deliverables. • Provide guidance on executing the Quality Management System. • Lead quality‑related training and awareness initiatives. • Conduct systematic audits of project quality objectives and documentation. • Identify issues, develop corrective action plans, and track resolution. • Manage document control to ensure up‑to‑date project records. • Oversee non‑conformance control and ensure proper closure.

What You Bring

Qualified candidates hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have at least ten years of experience in design, surveillance, and project management, possess a strong background in quality inspections and program development, are familiar with multi‑state codes, safety and environmental requirements, and hold certifications such as OSHA 30‑hour, CIA, CQA, and other inspection or testing credentials. • Maintain 10+ years of experience in design, surveillance, and project management. • Hold certifications such as OSHA 30‑hour, CIA, and CQA.
