About the Role

The Regional Operations Lead will join the Mobile Engineering Services (MTS) team in India, playing a critical role in driving operational excellence across multiple lines of business. This position leads regional operations, manages P&L responsibility, and builds strategic relationships with clients and partners within the MTS governance framework. The role reports to senior leadership and collaborates closely with platform and line‑of‑business teams. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the regional operations team to align with organisational objectives, and implementing standardized processes that optimise service delivery while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The lead will manage the regional P&L, develop budget plans, execute cost‑optimization strategies, monitor KPIs and present performance reports to senior management. Stakeholder management involves building long‑term relationships with clients, account teams, service partners and internal platform teams, as well as collaborating with business leaders to execute regional priorities. Additionally, the role mentors team members, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and supports talent acquisition and retention for the region. • Lead and manage the regional operations team to align with organisational objectives. • Drive operational excellence across Mobile Technical Services lines of business. • Implement standardized processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. • Manage regional P&L, develop budgets, optimise costs and report financial performance. • Monitor operational KPIs, take corrective actions, and present reports to senior management. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, account teams, service partners and platform teams. • Collaborate with line‑of‑business leaders to execute regional priorities. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. • Support talent acquisition and retention strategies for the regional team.

Preferred qualifications are industry certifications, multi‑site operations experience, and knowledge of Indian regulatory requirements for technical services. • Minimum 7 years of service/operations management experience (HVAC, Electrical, Fire & Safety); 3 years in leadership. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred; relevant certifications a plus. • Knowledge of Indian regulatory requirements for technical services.
