About the Role

• Answer phone calls and manage email communications with community members, addressing inquiries and providing information about upcoming events and activities. • Regularly update and maintain the community website with current event information, announcements, and other relevant content. • Book and coordinate events at the clubhouse, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management. • Assist with the setup and cleanup of events, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are in place and the venue is returned to its original condition post-event. • Help organize and facilitate work parties, collaborating with volunteers and staff to ensure successful execution.
