About the Role

• Gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations. • Assist teams with daily tasks and project execution. • Respond to day‑to‑day requests, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery and issue resolution. • Review and analyze real estate documents (leases, expense statements, appraisals) and prepare summary reports. • Shadow senior professionals during transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation. • Support outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels. • Contribute to creation of materials, pitch decks, and client deliverables. • Track project timelines and generate regular reports to support business objectives. • Develop professional expertise through on‑the‑job training, observation, and collaboration. • Attend global and local internship programming and mentorship events.

What You Bring

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. • Collaborative team player with excellent relationship‑building and communication skills. • High sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. • Meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.

Benefits

The Baltimore Summer Internship is a paid eight‑week program aimed at rising college juniors and seniors to gain hands‑on experience in commercial real estate. Interns support business activities across various teams by assisting with special projects, client service, and daily operational tasks. Compensation for the role ranges from $19.55 to $23.00 per hour and will not be below minimum wage. Eligible interns may enroll in a benefits package that can include health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, as well as paid and unpaid time off.
