What You Bring
If you desire to be part of something special, to be part of a winning and fun team, we are looking for senior talent experts in Electronics Hardware Design. Candidates should hold a B‑Tech/BE, MTech, or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and have 6‑8 years of academic credentials plus over 8 years of industry experience with a proven track record in engineering research, analysis, and product design for HV/LV DC‑AC inverters and DC‑DC converters. The role requires experience in new product development and full‑cycle hardware system design, including analog and digital circuit design with 16/32/64‑bit microcontrollers, development, verification, validation, qualification, certification testing, and launch support. Hands‑on expertise with digital communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, RS‑232, SPI, I²C, and simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, LT Spice, Simetrix, PSIM, or SABER is essential. Additional specialized knowledge in pulsed power, capacitor chargers, electromagnetics, microelectronics, thermal design, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop simulation is highly valued. Candidates must be proficient in validation, verification, and certification for automotive/electrical domains, understand DFSS tools (FMEA, FMECA, Monte Carlo analysis) and functional safety standards such as ISO 26262, and be familiar with quality certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001). Strong problem‑solving abilities, an analysis‑first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build customer relationships and provide customer‑centric solutions are required. The role also expects visible technical leadership to coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing project teams. • Minimum 8 years of industry experience in power electronics hardware design. • Proven track record in engineering research, analysis, and product design for HV/LV DC‑AC inverters and DC‑DC converters. • Hands‑on experience with digital communication protocols (CAN, LIN, RS‑232, SPI, I²C). • Proficiency with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, LT Spice, Simetrix, PSIM, SABER. • Specialized knowledge in pulsed power, capacitor chargers, electromagnetics, microelectronics, and thermal design. • Expertise in hardware‑in‑the‑loop simulation, validation, verification, and certification testing. • Familiarity with DFSS tools (FMEA, FMECA, Monte Carlo analysis) and ISO 26262 functional safety processes. • Knowledge of quality standards and certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001). • Strong problem‑solving techniques and analysis‑first mindset. • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
