About the Role
Your primary focus will be leading engaging tours for prospective residents and helping them envision their new home while also supporting residents with everyday needs to ensure a positive experience across the community. • Conduct personalized tours of units and amenities • Guide applicants through the leasing process and schedule lease signings • Process applications accurately within 24 hours • Communicate professionally with residents and assist with needs proactively • Support retention initiatives and promote a welcoming atmosphere • Collaborate with property team to reach shared goals and maintain a supportive culture • Assist with property marketing efforts, including outreach, flyers, and research • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and company policies
