About the Role
The Senior Project Manager leads and manages the MEP scope of work, delivering exceptional results for clients. This executive‑level role is responsible for identifying, proposing, closing, and managing construction projects and staff. Key responsibilities include developing solutions to prevent issues, reviewing bid specifications, creating contingency plans, and understanding subcontractor scopes. The role also drives business development, builds client and subcontractor relationships, leads project teams, ensures quality control, manages change orders, and delivers required documentation such as O&M manuals and WIP reports while adhering to company policies. • Lead MEP scope of work for commercial and industrial projects • Identify, propose, close, and manage construction projects and staff • Develop contingency plans and proactively mitigate risks • Review bid specifications to detect potential issues early • Manage subcontractor contracts, relationships, and recruitment • Drive business development and build client relationships • Initiate new projects with architects, engineers, and owners • Lead project managers and assistant project managers to achieve profit and client satisfaction • Coordinate pre‑construction and RFP packages with estimating department • Enforce quality control plans and ensure punch list completion • Submit change orders, O&M manuals, and weekly WIP reports on schedule • Maintain compliance with company policies and processes

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction and have at least 10 years of MEP project management experience, preferably 15 years in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Required experience includes data‑center projects, proficiency with P6 or Microsoft Project, estimating software, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position requires extensive travel across the United States, with up to 100% time on the road and an average of 6‑8 months per project. Eligible candidates receive a daily per diem, vehicle allowance, and a home‑rotation schedule of one weekend per month.
