About the Role
• Oversee project financial health, including budgeting, invoice approval, and monthly owner billings. • Develop and maintain financial and equipment projections and allocate estimates to cost codes. • Manage subcontracts, supplier contracts, and trade‑partner selections while controlling self‑perform budgets. • Lead, mentor, and assign work to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, supporting their career development. • Coordinate customer schedules with production capacity to ensure on‑time, safe, and quality delivery. • Support project teams throughout product planning, implementation, and installation phases. • Contribute to the development of new electrical product lines.

BLUvera, Mortenson’s vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication affiliate, is seeking an experienced Project Manager I – Electrical. The role requires leading projects with flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism while anticipating and solving problems. The manager will ensure project quality, timeliness, safety, and mentor the project team, while providing exceptional service to develop and enhance customer relationships. Benefits
The base salary ranges from $113,500 to $170,300, with higher rates for offices in Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C.
