About the Role

As a Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of technology master data and documentation entered into SAP and related systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, business functions, and process experts to drive master data quality. The master data includes materials, components, documents, product structuring, and confidential documents, managed across systems such as SAP P31, EHSM, GTS, and PLM. The role involves handling operating system master data input, change data input, cross‑functional technology request processing, confidential document handling, material creation, substance compliance, workflow forms, and product structuring. You will act as a liaison between functional teams to ensure consistent data across platforms. • Create, maintain, and verify technology master data and documentation in SAP and related systems. • Collaborate with engineering, business functions, and process experts to ensure data quality. • Manage master data components such as materials, components, documents, product structuring, and confidential records. • Process operating system master data input, change data input, and cross‑functional technology requests. • Handle confidential document processing, material creation, substance compliance, workflow forms, and product structuring.

What You Bring

Minimum three years of daily experience navigating SAP as a planner, buyer, CCR, repair, or logistics professional, strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word), excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and proven capability to lead process improvements with cross‑functional teams are required. Desired qualifications include at least two years of higher education, certifications in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or citizen developer status, knowledge of material creation and engineering change processes, SAP certification, auditor certification, and Six Sigma or equivalent problem‑solving credentials. • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SAP experience (planner, buyer, CCR, repair, or logistics). • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Excel, and Word. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to drive process improvements across teams. • Possess at least 2 years of higher education and relevant certifications (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SAP, auditor, Six Sigma). • Knowledge of material creation and engineering change processes.
