The Administrative Project Coordinator position supports project teams and helps make great things possible in local communities and globally. • Type, format, and organize project documents, reports, specifications, and correspondence. • Create and maintain both paper and electronic files. • Apply company quality‑assurance guidelines for document management. • Coordinate meetings and prepare presentations. • Support multiple project managers and project teams as needed. • Assist with project guides, reviews, invoices, and expense reports.

What You Bring
• Present a professional demeanor with clients. • Demonstrate understanding of project‑control tools and help develop cost estimates. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; local candidates preferred. • Required: Associate degree or equivalent experience; minimum 1 year related experience. • Required: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
