About the Role
The position is located in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas, working full‑time on multi‑family home projects. The foreman must interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders, maintain relationships with subcontractors and other trades, and ensure compliance with the National Electric Code. • Supervise and coordinate craft workers per engineering specs and NEC. • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervised areas. • Maintain relationships with subcontractors, division managers, and skilled trades. • Analyze and resolve work problems quickly. • Enforce company safety rules, correct hazards, and report unsafe conditions. • Assess material, equipment, and labor needs, ensuring timely delivery to the site.

What You Bring
Candidates need no formal education but must have 2‑4 years of experience, including at least two years as a residential electrical foreman. Required qualifications include knowledge of the current NEC, a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass safety training, background checks, drug testing, and proficiency in reading construction electrical drawings. • Communicate effectively, taking and giving direction clearly. • At least 2 years experience as a residential electrical foreman. • Knowledge of the current National Electric Code. • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass safety training, background check, and drug testing. • Ability to read and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings. • Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
