About the Role

The Plant Maintenance Supervisor will direct the Maintenance Department to keep plant equipment and facilities operating under good engineering practices. This 3rd shift role requires initial training on the first shift, after which the schedule shifts to a 9:00 PM start, Sunday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Saturday. • Lead and manage the preventive maintenance program for all plant equipment and facilities. • Develop and maintain a qualified maintenance organization to ensure safe, efficient operations. • Schedule and perform repairs to minimize downtime and production interference. • Coordinate equipment modifications, replacements, and improvements with other departments and project engineers. • Oversee maintenance of plant transportation equipment and control spare parts and supplies inventory. • Conduct cost analyses and recommend actions to reduce operating expenses. • Set performance objectives and standards for maintenance projects aligned with corporate goals. • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to MRF Maintenance Technicians and ensure inspections meet company standards.
