About the Role
• Control traffic near, in, or around work zones. • Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards. • Signal equipment operators to align, move, or adjust machinery and materials. • Load, unload, and distribute building materials and tools according to project plans. • Measure, mark, or record openings and distances for construction layout. • Dig ditches or trenches, backfill, compact, and level earth to grade specifications. • Operate pumps, compressors, or generators to power tools, machinery, or move materials. • Clean tools, equipment, and work areas. • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring

Laborers perform a variety of tasks under close supervision, helping to cover extra workload, fill in for absences, and adapt crews to production or weather changes. • High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Three to six months of related field construction experience.
