About the Role
The Analyst – Financial Management joins a small core team within Lease Administration, focusing on lease‑admin processes and delivering high‑quality client service through accurate data abstraction. In this role you will coordinate with internal teams to obtain lease documents, oversee workflow timelines, extract and verify key lease data, maintain master control logs, and generate reports on costs and variances while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. • Liaise with internal parties to gather lease documentation. • Manage document workflow to ensure timely completion. • Abstract critical data from leases and contracts into databases. • Cross‑check and verify abstracts, system data, and reports for accuracy. • Perform lease document matching and record information in master control logs. • Review landlord invoices for lease compliance. • Prepare area, cost‑schedule, and variance reports. • Assist with database report preparation and monthly/adhoc reporting. • Identify data gaps, resolve queries, and support compliance audit remediation. • Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround‑time KPIs while providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.

What You Bring
The position requires strong computer skills, especially in Excel and Outlook, fast typing, excellent English communication, and the ability to prioritize work under tight deadlines. Candidates should be organized, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage stress while offering client‑focused solutions; a graduate degree (preferably Law, English, or Political Science) and 0‑3 years of relevant experience are preferred, with lease‑knowledge an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. • Fast typing speed and excellent written and spoken English. • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills under tight deadlines. • Ability to manage stress, emotions, and provide client‑focused solutions. • High attention to detail, workplace ethics, and innovative thinking. • Graduate degree (Law, English, Political Science preferred) with 0‑3 years relevant experience. • Knowledge of real estate leases is a plus.
