About the Role
MasTec Communications Group builds for the future, focusing on safety and community impact. As a Warehouse Coordinator you’ll develop new skills in a safety‑minded environment while helping the company deliver high‑quality service to customers and the community. In this role you will handle material movement throughout the distribution center using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and conveyors, receive and log incoming inventory, inspect items for damage, and keep the warehouse organized and clean. You’ll also track inventory in the system, coach teammates on safe equipment operation, and suggest process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. • Move material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other equipment • Receive, log, and stock incoming inventory in the warehouse system • Inspect inventory for defects, scratches, or damage and report issues • Maintain organized and clean warehouse space and equipment • Track all inventory accurately in the designated system • Coach associates on operational, equipment, and safety procedures • Enforce policies to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements • Deliver supplies and equipment while complying with DOT and OSHA standards

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, and a clean driving record with DOT certification. Physical requirements include frequent standing and lifting up to 25 lb (occasionally 50 lb), and forklift operation experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to solve problems hands‑on are also required. • Maintain a clean driving record and obtain DOT certification • High school diploma or GED required • Lift and move up to 25 lb regularly; occasionally up to 50 lb • Forklift operating experience; certification a plus • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel • At least 1 year of warehouse experience
