About the Role
As a DeWALT Customer Service Representative on the T&O Commercial team, you will handle pricing, catalog identification, and quantity verification for customer orders. You will answer product and service questions, suggest additional items, and conduct sales both at the counter and over the phone while providing guidance on product application, features, and maintenance. • Handle pricing, catalog numbers, and quantity verification on customer orders. • Identify items by description and extend all items on orders. • Answer product and service questions to attract potential customers. • Drive incremental sales by suggesting additional products and services. • Conduct customer sales and service at the counter and via phone. • Provide guidance on product application, features, benefits, and maintenance. • Sell services, programs, and products to customers. • Resolve product or service complaints by diagnosing issues and proposing solutions. • Expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure resolution. • Work full‑time Monday‑Friday with additional hours as needed.
