About the Role
Under general direction, you will schedule the day‑to‑day activities of the facility maintenance teams and manage all work order requests, customer trouble calls, and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You will ensure customer satisfaction by following up on work order requirements. You will receive and verify written and electronic work requests, communicate scope and priority with site staff, and assign tasks to supervisors. You will administer preventative maintenance tracking, create purchase orders, act as liaison between O&M staff and requestors, and generate management reports on overtime, backlog, repair history, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate monthly monitoring reports, estimate job requirements, attend scheduling meetings, and submit notifications for upcoming shutdowns. You will use the CMMS to track work order history and repair costs, recommend outside services when needed, and identify opportunities to improve processes, planning, or performance through analysis of work order flow and cost data. • Schedule daily activities for facility maintenance teams. • Process and administer work order requests and trouble calls via CMMS. • Verify and prioritize customer work requests and assign tasks to appropriate supervisors. • Manage preventative maintenance tracking, documentation, and purchase orders. • Serve as liaison between O&M staff and requesting departments for planning and scheduling. • Generate management reports on overtime, backlog, repair history, and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate monthly Periodic Monitoring and Payment Adjustment reports. • Estimate staffing and man‑hour requirements for preventative maintenance activities. • Attend daily/weekly scheduling meetings and communicate shutdown notifications. • Analyze work order flow and cost data to recommend process improvements.

What You Bring
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three to five years of progressive scheduling or planning experience. Knowledge of building trades, property management, craft skills, and engineering is desired, along with familiarity with regulatory codes such as FDA, AAALAC, OSHA, or EPA. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, blueprint reading, and PC‑based system proficiency are essential; experience with automated maintenance management systems is a plus. Candidates must be team players committed to safety and company policies. • Required: High school diploma/equivalent plus 3‑5 years scheduling/planning experience. • Desired knowledge of building trades, property management, engineering, and regulatory codes (FDA, AAALAC, OSHA, EPA). • Strong verbal/written communication, organizational, blueprint reading, and PC system skills; familiarity with automated maintenance management systems is a plus.
