About the Role

• Lead efficient check‑in/check‑out and coordinate front office with other departments. • Resolve owner and guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. • Provide special services for owners and guests. • Manage personnel functions: hiring, training, performance reviews, scheduling, pay and recognition. • Foster a positive, cooperative work environment. • Empower team members and enforce performance, uniform, and appearance standards. • Supervise payroll hours and reporting. • Inspect equipment and stock supplies regularly. • Assist with owner and guest activities and recreation as needed. • Oversee key control procedures and handle special projects assigned by senior leadership.
