About the Role
• Complete field service tasks across Sydney and the broader NSW region. • Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and ad‑hoc tasks. • Commission, test sites, perform system upgrades and troubleshoot issues. • Provide technical support and specialist advice to a wide customer base. • Model and adhere to HS&E requirements and internal processes. • Document service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and manage inventory. • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings based on customer needs.

What You Bring
Service Representatives thrive on early starts, travel, and solving tough problems on the fly. You’ll work autonomously while knowing support is just a call away, and your impact is celebrated every day. • Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. • Current driver’s licence (vehicle provided). • Proven experience in field service or maintenance roles. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work autonomously. • Technical aptitude with a digital mindset and openness to new technologies. • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. • Commitment to health, safety and environment, with risk identification capabilities. • Electrical licence or Refrigeration Handling licence (preferred). • Legal right to work in Australia. • Continuous technical training and innovation on Schneider products. • Fitness Passport to support health and wellbeing.
