About the Role
As a trusted advisor, you will help customers solve comfort, building inefficiency, and other service‑related challenges. • Perform mechanical installations and drive results. • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems. • Respond to basic warranty service calls. • Keep Johnson Controls, contractors, and customers informed of job progress. • Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities. • Prepare quotes to support recommendations and solutions. • Adhere to the company Safety Program.

What You Bring
