Daily cleaning tasks include operating machinery, mopping, vacuuming, wiping, sweeping, cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, oven canopies, and maintaining trolley bays free of debris. All health and safety procedures must be followed and full training is provided. Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on‑the‑job training is supplied. Candidates need an eye for detail, a positive attitude to cleaning and customer service, and must provide a smartphone with NFC capability to use the Arcus Connect app for time and attendance. • Desired: eye for detail, positive attitude, customer‑service focus; cleaning experience advantageous.

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part‑time In‑store Cleaner based in Sainsbury’s Nairn store on a fixed‑term basis, 18.5 hours per week at £12.21 hourly, with immediate start. Sainsbury’s stores are open seven days a week and Arcus offers flexible shift patterns, including 5‑ and 6‑day weeks. Shifts cover early morning, morning, afternoon and evening, with weekend work. The current schedule is Sunday 06:00‑10:00, Monday and Tuesday 06:00‑11:00, Friday 06:00‑10:30, with Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday off, and overtime may be available.
