About the Role
The role involves partnering with cross‑functional teams to understand challenges and co‑create AI‑driven solutions. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and lead the evaluation, design, deployment, and ongoing support of AI‑enabled solutions. You will foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies and piloting new approaches, while providing technical oversight on DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud architecture, governance, and product delivery best practices. Additionally, you will champion automation, quality, and technical debt reduction through proactive planning and prioritization. • Partner with cross‑functional teams to co‑create AI solutions • Lead end‑to‑end AI solution design, deployment, and support • Drive innovation by piloting emerging technologies • Provide guidance on DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud architecture, and governance • Promote automation, quality, and reduce technical debt • Apply modern software practices: code management, test automation, APIs, microservices

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT field is required. Candidates should have 12‑15 years of experience in IT, software development, or system architecture, including at least five years hands‑on with Azure Cloud Services such as Azure Open AI and Azure AI Foundry. Experience in stakeholder‑facing roles, modern software development practices, and proficiency in Python, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic protocols is essential. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Kanban teams and multiple cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) is also expected. • Hold a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 12‑15 years of IT/software development or system architecture experience • 5+ years of Azure Cloud Services expertise, including Azure Open AI • Stakeholder‑facing experience and business process transformation • Expertise in prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, and agentic protocols (MCP, A2A) • Proficient in Python and modern software design principles • Experienced with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban teams • Familiar with multiple cloud providers: Azure, AWS, GCP
