What You Bring
The company seeks a highly motivated and technically skilled Ecosystem Sales Executive – CES to drive specification of industrial automation products and solutions within engineering firms and consulting practices. This role influences project design early in the lifecycle and supports automation sales executives across multiple territories to increase project visibility and connect end‑user ecosystems. • Demonstrate proven experience with industrial automation hardware and software architectures. • Understand engineering workflows and specification processes. • Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field (advanced degree or certifications a plus). • Experience working with systems integrators and contractors in industrial settings. • Knowledge of automation platforms, control systems, and digital transformation technologies. • Exhibit strategic thinking and influence early-stage project decisions.

Benefits
For this U.S.-based full-time position, the compensation range is $130,000–$184,000 per year, including base salary and short-term incentive. Pay within the range is determined by performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
