About the Role

• Work with company financial systems and processes • Develop proficiency in cornerstone systems to provide cost data for project control • Analyze financial data to identify key project issues • Use drawings and specifications to establish project baseline data • Develop knowledge of accounting principles • Assemble data for trending and forecasting • Prepare analysis of progress trends and cost impact; may review and approve contractor invoices • Apply earned value methodology • Collect and analyze manpower, labor hour, and labor cost versus budget • Track actual cost against funding limitations • Track purchase orders and subcontract commitments and expenditures • Manage scope control and change management • Assist in creation of baseline budgets • Support the project reporting process as required

What You Bring

• Understand scheduling process concepts and principles • Understand performance management and cost/schedule integration concepts • BA/BS plus four years relevant experience or equivalent • Experience with large‑scale budget, cost control, and forecasting • Scheduling and procurement integration experience with military agencies • Vertical construction field experience
