About the Role
The role includes delivering capital planning, portfolio governance, front‑end planning, project funding, construction technology, procure‑to‑pay, cost and commercial management, schedule control, risk management and project close‑out. Responsibilities also cover supporting client capital plans, consolidating funding requests, setting up project systems and coding, providing fact‑based reports, enabling construction technology workflows, developing sourcing strategies, forecasting outcomes, analyzing schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring financial closure of projects. • Deliver capital planning, portfolio governance, and front‑end project planning. • Manage project funding, set‑up, construction technology, and procure‑to‑pay processes. • Oversee cost, commercial management, schedule control, risk management and project close‑out. • Support client capital plans by providing cash‑flow and accrual data. • Consolidate information into holistic funding request documents. • Configure project systems, coding and communicate requirements to data providers. • Produce fact‑based reports to enable effective project governance. • Develop sourcing strategies and implement procure‑to‑pay structures. • Forecast project outcomes and proactively influence schedule and budget performance. • Identify, quantify and mitigate project risks in partnership with stakeholders. • Ensure financial closure of projects, completing all related activities.

What You Bring
The candidate should be building technical competency across project‑controls services, understand how the role supports organizational goals, deliver quality work, communicate and collaborate with teams and clients, pursue self‑development, and demonstrate construction‑industry knowledge, cost‑estimating methods, and flexibility. Required abilities include reading and interpreting architectural and engineering documents, using Excel at an advanced level, multitasking, prioritizing, and performing in a fast‑paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, architecture or a related field is required, together with at least seven years of post‑graduate experience. Experience on GMP or R&D projects, projects over $500 M and biotech projects is preferred. • Demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency and ability to read architectural, civil, structural, MEP, geotech and schedule documents. • Hold a BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture or related field and 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably on GMP, R&D or >$500M biotech projects.

Benefits
The full‑time salary range is $106,800–$142,400, based on location, experience and client exposure.
