About the Role
The Project Superintendent oversees the profitable installation of project work on medium‑ to large‑scale contracts, directing co‑workers, coordinating other trades, and maintaining responsibility for safety, planning, cost, and productivity while fostering an SQP culture. The role also manages high‑level client relationships through professional conduct. • Plan and schedule work. • Coordinate and execute work. • Oversee and direct staff. • Promote client and industry relations. • Ensure a safe work environment. • Participate in training and certifications. • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of formwork systems. • Obtain required craft certifications as needed.
