About the Role

The Senior Manager – Global Learning Services leads regional and global learning operations, acting as a subject‑matter expert for the Learning Management System, supporting project execution, and driving team performance through structured governance, stakeholder engagement, and people development. The role emphasizes operational excellence, proactive risk management, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration. • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to review performance, workload, and career development. • Communicate clear goals and expectations; document outcomes via Teams or email. • Promote psychological safety, open communication, and a culture of continuous learning. • Serve as LMS SME, ensuring optimal configuration, usage, and governance. • Oversee LMS processes such as session/catalog actions, governance, and audits. • Collaborate with global teams on UAT, feature releases, stakeholder communication, and insights. • Support global and regional learning program execution, meeting delivery timelines and quality standards. • Monitor performance and utilization metrics; ensure equitable task distribution. • Maintain documentation and drive agile cadences like stand‑ups and TIMs. • Enforce internal policies, ethical standards, and process compliance. • Reiterate SLAs, KPIs, and governance protocols to the team regularly. • Maintain audit readiness and address audit findings with corrective actions. • Establish proactive escalation protocols and safe channels for raising concerns. • Conduct risk assessments across operational, reputational, financial, and security domains; maintain BCPs. • Set SMART goals, provide structured performance reviews, and deliver fact‑based feedback. • Lead stakeholder cadences, aligning learning programs with business objectives and co‑creating solutions. • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using KPIs and cost‑benefit analysis. • Drive simplification, standardization, and automation in line with GDE strategy. • Model Trust Charter and IMPACT values; promote inclusion, recognition, and collaboration. • Take initiative to improve people, processes, and tools while managing time and goals effectively.

What You Bring

• Minimum nine years’ experience managing learning operations, HR processes, or service‑delivery teams. • Bachelor’s degree required; hands‑on experience with LMS (Cornerstone a plus). • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and capable of managing geographically dispersed teams. • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
