About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with the review and processing of employee expense reports and respond to inquiries regarding their status. Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing multi‑currency employee expense accounts in adherence to company policies and departmental scheduling, clarifying questionable expense issues and obtaining proper supporting documentation, responding to expense report inquiries, performing other assigned duties, and working occasional additional hours to meet deadlines. • Review and process multi‑currency employee expense reports per company policy. • Clarify questionable expenses and obtain supporting documentation. • Respond to employee inquiries about expense report status.
