About the Role

• Take responsibility for operations of the production section, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support. • Serve as Project Manager, overseeing production on projects while handling management duties. • Assume administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, coordinating services with other sections. • Participate in marketing planning, proposal development, and client interviews. • Engage directly with industrial and public clients on marketing, project production, and related issues. • Ensure all work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated through a proactive project management system. • Implement, monitor, and support company policies. • Select, train, develop, and manage technical personnel. • Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams. • Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff on local and national marketing and production efforts.

What You Bring
