About the Role

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor role is based in Dublin, working three days on‑site and two days remotely. This position supports the delivery of cost‑management services for infrastructure projects and contributes to a collaborative, hybrid work environment. In this role you will lead cost‑management commissions, support and mentor fellow surveyors, and ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will also build strong relationships with consultants, act as an interface between clients and design teams, and manage the delivery of cost‑management outputs according to agreed timelines and quality standards. • Lead cost‑management commissions and ensure successful delivery. • Support other surveyors in project service delivery. • Mentor graduate surveyors and provide effective guidance. • Manage projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and client expectations. • Develop strong relationships with consultants and project team members. • Act as liaison between AECOM clients and design team members. • Oversee cost‑management team outputs, adhering to schedules and quality standards. • Deliver full cost‑management services to clients on assigned projects. • Participate in QA, office management, business development, and health & safety activities.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management, is registered on Ireland’s Statutory Register of Quantity Surveyors, and preferably has Chartered status with RICS or SCSI. Excellent IT skills and experience with digital measurement, cost planning, and tendering tools are essential. • Hold a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management. • Be registered on the Statutory Register of Quantity Surveyors in Ireland; preferably chartered with RICS or SCSI. • Demonstrate excellent IT proficiency with digital measurement, cost planning, and tender document tools.
