About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present and demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings and facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, supporting general janitorial duties as needed, and using a forklift. • Supervise daily facility operations and delegate job assignments. • Provide guidance and oversight when the manager is absent. • Maintain clean and safe buildings using established standards. • Operate specialized equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and perform janitorial duties. • Operate a forklift safely. • Work the 6 am‑2:30 pm shift at the Minden, NV location.
