What You Bring
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead large teams in fast‑paced environments, strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills, and the capability to lead change and manage complex projects. A working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics is also required. Minimum requirements include at least two years of supervisory or management experience and a willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
