Manage construction of greenfield industrial/warehouse projects, overseeing contractors, quality, and handover.

About the Role
The incumbent will oversee the construction of greenfield, pre‑engineered (PEB) and reinforced concrete (RCC) industrial or warehouse projects from inception to handover. They will supervise site activities, uphold quality and safety standards, and serve as the primary liaison among contractors, consultants and the client. • Lead construction management of greenfield, PEB and RCC industrial/warehouse projects. • Review and optimize contractor resource deployment on site. • Coordinate daily with contractors, consultants and the client. • Perform stage‑wise inspections of works and incoming materials, granting clearance for subsequent activities. • Ensure project execution follows the Quality Plan and maintains zero‑accident safety standards. • Monitor key issues and overall delivery quality. • Prepare, track and close snag lists for de‑snagging. • Manage handover documentation and transfer completed buildings to the FM team.

What You Bring
Applicants should possess a civil engineering background and several years of relevant experience, ideally having served as an Assistant Manager on large logistics park or industrial construction projects from start‑up to handover. • Hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 8–10 years of experience. • Have served as Assistant Manager on large logistics park or industrial construction projects from construction to handover. • Demonstrate proactive teamwork, strong communication and the ability to work under critical conditions.
