About the Role
As a Call Center Agent on the Customer Service team, you will support lead generation and sales by processing submitted leads—verifying homeowner information, confirming availability, validating product qualifications, and gauging interest. You will manage appointments, document call attempts, handle inbound and outbound calls, and participate in department contests to achieve personal and team goals. • Manage all appointments generated through face‑to‑face sources and enter them into the CRM • Document all call attempts with appropriate dispositions and detailed notes • Handle inbound calls from promoters and place outbound calls to reach unverified leads • Participate in regular department contests to achieve personal and team goals
