About the Role
• Ensure every guest interaction is positive and memorable during check‑in/out and request handling • Input and maintain reservation data in the computerized system • Resolve unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise sales • Maintain safety deposit boxes • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and coordinate with appropriate departments • Restock front‑desk supplies and prepare arrival packets • Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed

What You Bring
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written • Courteous, professional attitude when handling upset guests and difficult situations • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet organizational deadlines • Minimum 6 months customer service experience • Preferred: front‑desk/guest services experience, cash/credit card transaction handling, resort hospitality background
