About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Reporting Manager for a complex infrastructure project in Dublin, responsible for leading programme performance reporting, data visualization, and reporting governance to provide senior stakeholders with accurate, timely insights for decision‑making. The manager will establish reporting requirements and standards, develop tools for status collection, coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, maintain reporting calendars, design and govern the performance reporting framework, and oversee a team of analysts to deliver dashboards and KPI insights while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and industry best‑practice standards. • Lead programme performance reporting and data visualization for senior stakeholders. • Establish and maintain reporting standards, calendars, and governance frameworks. • Develop tools and forms for collecting project and programme status information. • Coordinate production and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. • Manage and mentor a team of reporting analysts and engineers. • Deliver dashboards, KPI insights, and performance reports to internal and external audiences. • Collaborate with project controls, finance, risk, and delivery teams for integrated reporting. • Ensure reporting outputs comply with quality standards, regulations, and best practices.

What You Bring

Candidates need 10+ years of project performance reporting experience on high‑value infrastructure projects, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization, extensive project‑controls design expertise, and a Level 8 degree in engineering, construction, or a related field; desired attributes include excellent communication, people‑management, technical writing, graphic design, and project‑management certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP. • 10+ years experience in project performance reporting on large infrastructure projects. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization techniques. • Strong background in project‑controls design and implementation. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people‑management skills.
