About the Role

The architect will coordinate communication among project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants, while resolving technical and design challenges to produce constructible solutions. Responsibilities include producing drawings and specifications, overseeing construction administration, and ensuring documents reflect the intended design with high technical quality. The role also involves on‑site observations, interfacing with permitting officials, and contributing to project financial performance and proposal development. • Manage communication among project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants. • Resolve complex technical and design issues to deliver constructible solutions. • Produce drawings, specifications, and oversee construction administration tasks. • Ensure document delivery meets design intent and high technical quality. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and detailing support to the team. • Maintain project manuals, specifications, and conduct on‑site observations. • Interface with building and permitting officials throughout permitting and construction phases. • Contribute to project financial performance, proposals, and contracts. • Oversee client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination. • Participate in office initiatives, learning programs, and foster client relationships.

What You Bring

Candidates must be a Registered Architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 2‑5 years of experience across the full project lifecycle. Required skills include proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360, Enscape, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures. Strong communication, leadership, and client‑relationship abilities, together with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment, are essential. Applicants should submit a current portfolio or work samples in PDF format.
