About the Role

What You Bring
We are currently looking to fill multiple Road Maintenance positions to successfully deliver Road Maintenance, Hazard / Emergency Response commitments across the region. These roles will suit individuals who enjoy working outdoors and travelling in regional SA to undertake a variety of different activities to a high standard and with a high regard for safety. We are seeking candidates who are motivated to support the community through quality maintenance practices. Required qualifications include a current Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid licence, a Construction Induction (White Card), and preferably current Traffic Control tickets. Applicants should have proven experience operating mobile plant and road maintenance equipment, be comfortable using tablets and smartphones, and be available for night shifts, emergency call‑outs, and weekends. Leadership experience is essential for the Leading Hand role. • Hold a valid Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid licence. • Hold a Construction Induction (White Card) and preferably current Traffic Control tickets. • Demonstrate proven experience operating mobile plant and road maintenance equipment. • Be available for night shifts, emergency call‑outs, and weekend work. • Use tablets and smartphones proficiently for technology‑driven tasks.
