About the Role
The U.S. Corporate Benefits Coordinator will assist the Benefits Manager and HR Business Partners in administering employee benefits for the U.S. workforce. The role requires independent, efficient handling of end‑to‑end operations, strong initiative, and the ability to multitask. The position is based in a Turner & Townsend office, with a requirement to work on‑site two to three days each week. The role sits within the Business Support department and reports to the U.S. Benefits Manager, collaborating with HR Business Partners, brokers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless benefits services. • Partner with Benefits Manager and HR Business Partners to administer U.S. employee benefits • Manage employee wellness initiatives, including calendar and activities • Coordinate webinars and wellness events with external vendors • Assist new hires with benefit enrollment and answer benefit queries • Reconcile invoices as needed by accounting • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly benefit enrollment audits • Maintain benefits information on the intranet, including plans, SPD’s and SBC’s • Update and manage changes to benefits summary documents • Administer COBRA by liaising with third‑party administrator • Identify and implement process improvements for internal benefits operations • Support annual enrollment rollout with communications, training and administrative tasks • Maintain broker relationships to stay informed on plan rules and guidance • Follow up on employee leaves of absence with the absence management provider and communicate status across departments • Resolve employee issues by contacting insurance providers • Monitor benefits portal changes and troubleshoot issues • Oversee the benefits inbox and respond to inquiries

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred • Minimum three years’ benefits management experience, preferably in a corporate setting • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work as a team player • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating within a team • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience a plus • Demonstrated commitment to process improvement • Sound judgement and discretion handling sensitive, confidential information

Benefits
The full‑time position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, reflecting base pay only.
