About the Role
The Architectural Draftsperson role involves leading and managing the design process for major infrastructure and energy projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and regulatory standards. The position requires collaboration with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, sustainable, and innovative solutions. • Lead design from concept through detailed design and construction. • Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. • Ensure design compliance with regulatory standards and contractual requirements. • Monitor and resolve design changes, risks, and issues promptly. • Drive innovation and sustainable design practices. • Mentor and guide junior design team members. • Manage design budgets and schedules to deliver packages on time.

What You Bring
