About the Role
The Fire Service Sales Account Executive will promote and sell service agreements—including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspection solutions—for commercial building systems. This role drives growth, strengthens customer relationships, and contributes to overall business profitability. • Promote and sell service agreements for fire, alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspection solutions. • Consistently meet and exceed financial targets; track results to identify improvement opportunities. • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, close, and renewal. • Drive new customer acquisition, organic growth, and retention across the portfolio. • Strategically manage territory with thoughtful planning, prioritization, and disciplined execution. • Build trusted internal and external relationships as a connector, collaborator, and advocate. • Adopt modern tools, technology, and best practices to stay ahead in the market. • Pursue continuous learning and develop team capabilities in a fast‑moving sales environment.

What You Bring

Benefits
Compensation includes a salary range of $68,000 to $85,000, plus a competitive sales incentive plan based on volume and margin, and a comprehensive benefits package. The company encourages candidates with unique qualifications to apply even if they exceed the typical salary range.
