About the Role

• Ensure month close follows checklist • Update and improve month close checklist • Ensure all SLAs are met • Record month close transactions per agreed timelines • Circulate dashboards by the 5th working day • Provide key data points for management letter by the 4th of the month • Drive month close calendars without escalation • Hold review meeting with supervisor by D+2 • Conduct operations review meeting by the 15th of the month • Adhere to monthly review calendars • Highlight issues in pre‑close and post‑close calls • Complete accounting on time (JV postings, accruals, fixed assets, intergroup, etc.) • Resolve all accounting issues within the month • Prepare desktop manual and process document for each process • Execute action plans from monthly meetings within timelines • Prepare schedules according to HFM and statutory audit requirements • Ensure balance sheet items are not aged • Escalate non‑closure, identify process gaps and improve processes • Get balance sheet schedules approved in Blackline by the 15th of the month • Improve analysis quality and standardize formats • Complete audits with no major remarks related to FISS areas • Handle group audits • Handle interim audits • Identify key areas for projects • Ensure projects generate positive monetary impact • Create clear project timelines and execute accordingly • Monitor project progress and provide timely updates • Submit process improvement ideas • Maintain customer satisfaction above 85% • Hold frequent stakeholder meetings and gather feedback • Partner with business units on various projects • Improve addressing customers' pain points

What You Bring

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) • Proficient in advanced Excel and macro creation • Experience with HFM reporting • Experience with Power BI • Experience with MS Access • Good communication skills • Hold a degree, master's, CA or CMA qualification • Fluent in Spanish and English
