About the Role

• Supervise mechanical fitters to deliver work safely, on time, and to the highest standards. • Ensure installations comply with specifications and AVRS mechanical safety rules. • Promote AVRS’s positive safety culture and adhere to all health and safety legislation. • Guarantee installations meet contract requirements and quality plans. • Coach and mentor Electrical Improvers and Apprentices.

What You Bring

• Essential qualifications: SSSTS or equivalent, relevant trade qualification, CSCS or CCNSG card, emergency first‑aid certification, full UK driving licence, strong industrial experience. • Desirable qualifications: EUSR Water Hygiene, water‑industry experience, PASMA/IPAF/Confined‑Space certification, fitness‑to‑work medical.
