About the Role
Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing data models that feed interactive dashboards and visual reports. The professional will define and monitor KPIs, perform deep data analysis using DAX and SQL, and document data structures and algorithms. They will also construct data warehouses, refine ETL processes, and continuously improve the performance of existing BI systems. • Create data models and interactive Power BI dashboards from business requirements. • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators. • Develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and DAX queries. • Build and optimize data warehouses and ETL pipelines using SQL. • Document data schemas, algorithms, and relationships for stakeholder reference. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data needs and translate them into technical specs. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across BI systems. • Architect comprehensive data solutions aligned with organizational goals. • Provide training to non‑technical users on data usage and best practices. • Continuously improve BI system performance through upgrades and optimizations.

What You Bring
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Developer who will design, build, and maintain Power BI analytics solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights. The role requires strong business acumen, problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate findings clearly. The developer will be accountable for data modeling, dashboard creation, and ensuring data integrity using Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio, and Power Query. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in any discipline and demonstrate a proven track record in the Power BI domain. A senior‑level applicant should possess three to six years of relevant experience, while a team‑lead candidate should have five to eight years. Interviews are scheduled between January 27 and January 30, 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm, at the specified Gurgaon location. • Minimum bachelor’s degree with proven Power BI experience. • 3–6 years of senior Power BI development experience (or 5–8 years for team‑lead roles).
