Job Highlights
About the Role
• Create project vision through conceptual sketches and design reports. • Lead design from concept through construction documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy. • Prepare drawings, models, renderings and other design deliverables; present design requirements in client meetings. • Collaborate with global design teams, specialists, suppliers and subconsultants. • Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs and stakeholder requirements. • Produce project documents including multi‑disciplinary drawings, design reports and technical specifications meeting client and industry standards. • Prepare discipline drawings for statutory authority submission, adhering to local and international codes. • Develop 3D models using SketchUp, Lumion, Revit and related software. • Apply Safety‑in‑Design principles and follow ISO 9001 quality‑assurance processes. • Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development and lessons‑learned sessions.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; professional registration preferred. • Possess at least 5 years of architectural design experience on medium to large‑scale projects across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. • Demonstrate proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp (or similar 3D tools), Twinmotion/Lumion, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel and MS Office. • Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations and submission requirements. • Exhibit strong organization, proactive multitasking, project management, communication and teamwork skills. • Familiarity with Middle‑East design and construction practices is an advantage.
